I cannot recommend Cobb Galleria Automotive highly enough. I've been going to them for 15 years and have always been impressed by their professionalism, service, and high quality of work. Most importantly - I trust them. I've had several times where another shop (that I went to out of convenience) recommended work and Cobb Galleria Auto did a thorough diagnosis and advised me not to the work even when they could've easily charged me $1000s. I used to work really close and now live & work 30+ minutes away but happily make the commute for any/all engine work.

Got a woven plastic bag stuck on my differential and I cannot remove it myself. The staff lifted my car up and took that thing away in 5 minutes. Great service.

My Prius recently had both the abs and vsc lights turn on. On the way home one day, I couldn't break. It was very scary. Cobb Galleria Automotive was able to have my car towed to them and looked at the next day. They were friendly, efficient, and made a scary experience much better. Quick Google search for a reliable shop with great customer service led me to Cobb Galleria Automotive. Perfect timing actually, they were able to squeeze me in for an oil change with no hassle. Friendly staff and great customer service. Shout to Jason! Clean on the inside with a good amount of seating for customers. I would recommend for sure.

CGA saved my pocket and week... I went there for a second opinion on my transfer case being replaced and Sam Steed got me the right diagnosis. The first shop I went to wanted to replace the transfer case that would have ran me over a thousand bucks. Thanks to the great techs at CGA, that wasn't the problem. I just needed a new U joint. Sam tried 2 that were pre manufactured for my vehicle and neither one worked to his standards, so he had one made the same day bringing what would have cost me a lot down to 150$.. It is perfectly balanced and now rides smooth as glass. Thank you for your honesty and dedication in getting my Infiniti like new again.

I enjoy working on my autos, but when time or my skill level does not allow, this is my only choice. They do it right instead of on the cheap. They never tried to upsell me. They can actually diagnose instead of randomly replacing parts. Never had to fix anything after their work. Guess it has been 15 yrs of 5 star experiences.

This is the only place my wife and I take our cars to. Very fair prices and incredibly friendly people. Twice now, our cars have broken down and needed immediate repairs, one day later they're back up and running. I called around to about 6 different shops in the area and these guys had the best estimate and best out the door price i've seen. Will continue to use them as long as i'm in the area.

Agree with the positive reviews! These folks are awesome. I dealt with Whalen who was very professional and timely with communications. Long story short -- Needed diagnostics run on a vehicle that had severe engine shaking and engine light on at idle. Called two different dealers of this make and was told they could not get me in until APRIL (over 2 months)! Called and spoke with Whalen on Friday afternoon, and he stated they could run diagnostics on Monday. Received a call around 9am - they had already performed the diagnostics. Completed a repair and picked up vehicle that afternoon. Will definitely use this team in the future!
